About me
I am a bioinformatician with three years of experience working across multiple omics layers, including miRNA, proteomics, metabolomics, and DNA methylation. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in bioinformatics and statistics, and I am passionate about helping biologists make the most of their data and advance their studies. In addition to multi-omics analysis, I have also worked on clinical image analysis, and I am proficient in both machine learning and deep learning. I am currently part of Annika Bergquist’s research group, where our work focuses on autoimmune liver diseases, in particular primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and bile duct cancer.
