About me
I am a board-certified radiologist and neuroradiologist at Karolinska University Hospital, as well as a PhD candidate specializing in imaging of neuroinflammatory diseases. My research primarily focuses on NMOSD, MOGAD, and GFAP astrocytopathy, with an emphasis on how these conditions differ from multiple sclerosis. Using both conventional and advanced MRI techniques, we assess alterations in myelin content, identify microstructural changes, and investigate disease-specific biomarkers as well as brain atrophy patterns.
