About me

  • I am a Machine Learning / Data scientist and computational biologist working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, multi-omics data integration, and translational medicine. My research focuses on developing scalable AI methods to analyze complex biomedical datasets and uncover clinically relevant patterns. I work on multimodal modeling approaches that integrate clinical, imaging, and molecular data to improve disease prediction and enable personalized medicine. My work also emphasizes reproducible computational pipelines, privacy-preserving analytics, and collaborative research across international biobank infrastructures.
