About me
I am a Research Assistant in Anna Beronius' research group, working on the development of new approach methodologies (NAMs) to improve the identification of endocrine-disrupting compounds.
Research
My work focuses on applying transcriptomics in zebrafish embryos to identify gene expression signatures associated with endocrine disruption. By combining zebrafish embryo assays with the Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) framework, my research aims to link molecular responses to adverse biological outcomes.
I am involved in the EDNA Project, which develops transcriptomics-based screening approaches as part of new approach methodologies (NAMs) for identifying endocrine-disrupting chemicals.
