About me

  • I am a postdoctoral researcher with a PhD in Health Policy & Management from UCLA (2021) and training in health outcomes research. My research applies advanced epidemiologic and causal inference methods to understand treatment effectiveness and disparities in neurological diseases.

Research

  • My research in the Fink/McKay group focuses on multiple sclerosis epidemiology, with particular emphasis on sex disparities in treatment patterns and clinical outcomes among female patients. I have methodological interests in causal inference for time-varying treatments.

    I develop open-source Stata packages for data management and presentation of epidemiologic results, available at https://github.com/tpcopeland/Stata-Tools
