Research
We advance methodologies for evidence synthesis and improve methods for HTAs, as well as apply these methods to generate new knowledge informing healthcare decisions. In particular we contribute to the development of the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) framework, guiding the assessment of certainty of evidence and the steps moving from evidence to recommendations and decisions in healthcare. Other areas of interest are how to value planetary health outcomes in HTAs, and methods for patient and public involvement.
